Nichole McLeod is an author, certified Personal Trainer, and Group Fitness Instructor with nearly three decades of experience empowering individuals to achieve their health and life goals. Born and raised in British Columbia, Nichole recently relocated to Alberta, continuing her lifelong passion for inspiring positive change in others.

Nichole’s diverse career spans not only fitness but also roles as a Project Manager in Marketing and Advertising, Business Development Manager, and Finishing Superintendent in the construction industry. Her multifaceted background uniquely positions her to understand and address the real-life challenges people face daily.

In her new book, I Started on a Tuesday, Nichole seeks to transform the way readers perceive their personal challenges and obstacles, encouraging them to approach life with resilience, compassion, and self-trust. Her mission is clear: to bring light and love into a world that can often feel overwhelming.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Nichole cherishes quality time with her family, enjoying outdoor adventures like mountain activities in the winter, camping during the summer, and relaxing at their family cabin.
