What sets my 1:1 fitness programs apart from every other trainer is that I don’t just focus on the movements—I focus on what those movements do for you. Over my career, I’ve trained everyone from elite athletes to individuals in cardiac rehabilitation and seniors rebuilding strength later in life. That range has given me a deep, fundamental understanding of how to build programs that support a body for life—not just for a season. I teach my clients to reconnect with their bodies, build strength, and love themselves again, shifting the focus to what truly matters. Small group personal training offers the best of both worlds: the guidance of personal coaching combined with the motivation and accountability that come from training within a supportive community—all delivered online. Training in groups of 4–6 allows me to coach each individual with intention while creating an encouraging, high-energy environment where clients grow together. These online sessions are scheduled based on demand and thoughtfully designed so every participant feels seen, challenged, and capable, regardless of location or fitness level. As an added benefit, small group training is a fraction of the cost of 1:1 coaching, making expert programming and mindset-focused guidance accessible without compromising quality or results.
